Defamation Attempt On Me
A fairly negatively designed article with my photograph..... to create ‘Controversial Reading‘.... was carried in last Sunday Times.... written by a very young lady journalist.... who was instigated by a certain person, jealous of my success.
The article was carried....
WITHOUT seeing my ‘ESP & Mind’ Show....
WITHOUT a proper Sit-Down Interview or Demonstration....
WITHOUT permission for Photograph ( picked from website )
WITHOUT knowing my thought-process or background !
While the small print explained that I am a ‘CORPORATE TRAINER’, and present a popular ‘ESP & Mind’ Show.... the overall presentation of the page layout and design gave an impression that I am no better than a Village Baba.... who dupes people.... as both of us are spoken about.... in the same breath.
PC Sorcar’s comment.... that, "Anybody who claims to have supernatural powers is misleading the society".... was printed as a sub-headline....
A Silly Challenge from Rationalists was printed below in bold ( Which I am ACCEPTING - Because I can actually do it ).... My photograph was printed alongside.
In my Mind Show.... I keep a borrowed key in a woman’s hand, and when she opens it.... it is bent !
Most of you have seen me do it – The audience loves this presentation.
The publication.... goes to prove that keys / spoons can be bent by applying ‘Potassium Permanganate with Ghee / Butter‘ ( Please try it.... and have a good laugh ).
Such preposterous explanations by the Rationalist Associations.... is MOST IRRATIONAL.... and published by Times of India.... speaks of the journalist’s thinking caliber.
CEOs & MDs of 7 Corporate houses I work with regularly, have promised me full legal support from their legal dept. to sue for ‘Character Assassination & Defamation’.... as thought-less journalism at the cost of other’s reputation has to stop !
OVER 40 friends have come forward to issue a Character Certification on their letterheads, to support me in court.... and further substantiate that my skills have actually helped them, when in a crisis.... and I have not taken a penny for the support !
I am printing below my letter to the features editor of ‘TOI’.... who replied.... expressing his concern, at me being hurt, and offered to do another interview / article to make good.... but is not willing to print an apology or correction on the front page.
I also explain how I have learnt my science..... and where it is derived from....
Do share your comments..... and advise action.... for which I will be grateful.
